Smartphones, computers, the internet and artificial intelligence are tools that have changed the way we work, communicate and spend our free time. With just a few taps of a screen, we can make purchases, find information or even run businesses. But while technology brings many benefits, it also has an impact on our physical and mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prolonged use of computers and smart devices often leads to lack of exercise, poor posture and eye strain. That&#039;s why it&#039;s important to maintain a balance between the digital and physical worlds.
